Code of Regulations adopted May 18, 2017We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm., typically at Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church (2nd Floor, Little Theater, 1345 Grace Ave).
On the Monday prior to the meeting, we send an email to our distribution list that announces the meeting location and includes a link to the meeting packet. The packet includes the agenda, officer and committee reports, minutes from the prior meeting, and other materials.
Our Annual Meeting is usually held in June, usually at a different and larger location, such as a school. The agenda typically consists of:
